Head Coach
Mike is the Head Coach and returns for his ninth year with CATY. He has coached CATY swimmers achieving YMCA Top 16 honors, YMCA Nationals finalists, USA Swimming Sectionals competitors, AAAA and Top 16 qualifiers, US Open qualifiers, and NCAA Division I scholarship recipients. An alumnus of CATY Swimming, Mike's strengths include stroke mechanics, dryland and strength training, and motivation. Mike is the Head Swim Coach for the Five Oaks Barracudas, assistant dive coach at RDC in Catonsville, and has also coached diving on the high school level.

Assistant Coach
Joe returns for his fifth year with the CATY swimming program as an Assistant Coach. Joe is a CATY alumnus and also serves as the Head Swim Coach of the Rollingwood Seals.

Assistant Coach
Jenn returns to CATY for her 2nd year as an Assistant Coach. Jenn has coached YMCA swimmers achieving YMCA Top 16 honors, YMCA National All-Americans (Long Course), as well as YMCA National qualifiers (Short Course and Long Course) and US Open qualifiers. Jenn swam at Johns Hopkins University. Her strengths include distance training and administrative support to the Head Coaches.

Assistant Coach
Ryan has been teaching swim lessons at Western Family YMCA for two years and has been a Camp Counselor here for one year. He has been involved in competitive swimming since the age of 4. In grade school and high school Ryan swam at local USAS clubs, where he also helped to coach the younger swimmers on the teams. He is currently a student at Baltimore County Community College/Catonsville.

Don returns for his thirty-first year with CATY as Volunteer Coach, with a main concentration in the Developmental Group. He is the Master of stroke technique with all groups.
