Welcome Back, CATY swimmers and families!
We have a great swim season ahead of us!
Registration:
All registered swimmers should be listed in the "Swimmer Group Assignments" linked on the CATY home page. If you are NOT listed, please contact Coach Mike immediately as you need to complete missing registration paperwork.
Practices:
As scheduled, group practices begin this Monday, September 10. The practice schedule is posted.
Meets:
Check the meet link often to see updates.
Parent Meeting:
The Annual CATY Parent Meeting will be held on September 30th at 6 pm. At least one parent per family should attend.
Parent Volunteers:
Our swim team is still seeking volunteers to fill vacancies. Please contact one of the coaches if you can assist in any way.

Team Gear

The CATY team suit is in its second year. For our new swimmers or swimmers needing a new team suit, we will have fittings/orders during practice on Monday, September 17th and Wednesday, September 19th. CATY caps can be purchased from Ms. Dorothy Keehner or from the coaches after practice. Latex caps: $5.00. Silicone caps: $12.00. Cash or checks should be made payable to Western Family YMCA Swim Team. |
Weather Closings:
In inclement weather, swim practices will most likely be cancelled if Baltimore County Schools are closed. Please check the website and e-mail for updates. Please do not rely on the front desk staff to provide this information.
