Special Announcements:

2008-2009 Start of Season

Practices for Senior/National groups will begin Wed, Sep 3rd.  All other groups will start Mon, Sep 8th.

Senior National Meeting 9/14

There will be a MANDATORY meeting for the Senior National group parents and swimmers on Sunday Sep 14th at 6pm.  Please make sure that at least one parent per family and all swimmers in the group are present.  Any Senior Regional parents that would like to attend are welcome.

CATY Parents Meeting 9/21

The general team parents meeting will be held Sunday, Sep 21st at 6pm.(Senior National parents need not attend).

The Western Family YMCA CATY Barracudas is a competitive age group swimming program comprised of swimmers who are members of the Western Family YMCA in Catonsville, Maryland.

 

The CATY program focuses on individual and team improvement in a fun family environment and its swimmers, coaches and families follow the YMCA Principles of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.

 

As a participant in YMCA and USA Swimming, CATY is a well respected and growing program that is proud of its swimming and coaching achievements, including:
